The board of advisors give strategic direction to the school and helps the faculty members curate a curriculum unique to Clementine Music.
Violist
Mark Jackobs
Violist in The Cleveland Orchestra, the Jean Wall Bennett Chair. He was also on the viola faculty of The Cleveland Institute of Music for 31 years until 2024.
Conductor
Lim Soon Lee
Singaporean conductor and violist, he worked as a violist in the Singapore Symphony Orchestra before becominf the conductor of the Singapore National Youth Orchestra as well as the Artistic Director of the NUS Symphony Orchestra. He is currently the conductor of the Nanyang Girls' High School String Ensemble.
Pianist/Collaborative Pianist
Alicja Basinska
Teacher of collaborative piano at the Cleveland Institute of Music, Video Director Assistant and score reader for The Cleveland Orchestra.
Vice Dean of Mindchamps
Paulene Smith
Paulene Smith has worked at Mindchamps for the past 17 years and is currently the vice dean of training and engagement. She has a passion for education, training, managing and mentoring future leaders and presenters.
